Complete lack of vision and leadership from the top down. I've never met anyone in my 20 years that has ever asked what my goals were for my career. Lack of business sense by management is astounding, and has led to a consistent decline in performance against their peer companies. MGT needs to learn that in the modern business world, it is the employees BELOW you that determine your success as a company.
