- 401k Match is 5%, plus Profit Sharing Employer Contribution of 3% on top of that. - HSA account is given $1k from employer each year for single individuals, $2k for married. - Management is strong and understands the need to diversify going forward. - Hours are manageable, other than during Month-end close, which is expected.
Cons
- PTO starts at only 10 days, with 5 sick days on top of that, which could be higher. - Pay is slightly below industry, however, competent employees are well-compensated.
