Pros

The people I worked with and cared for were awesome with in the AFH section/department. My live in was well worth working with along with my resident manager!

Cons

Not much on cons except for the fact that for three years it was only me and my live in running the house. Had nobody to fill in if we ever became sick or needed to take a vacation.
