They will give you an opportunity to get experience when you have none.

Cons

They have terrible organizational structure and way too much overhead. There are far too many managers that always have a safe job but they will lay people off that actually provide revenue for the company to save money for overinflated management salary.

Working with some good people, the position offers a lot of flexibility, good internal resources if they stay on

Cons

Poor car mileage, HR in Addison pushes culture but teamwork and excitement are lacking at other branches. People stay in upper management roles for extended periods and initiatives stay the same and nothing changes. Also, they live and die by the book Good to Great have their flywheel, but doesn't really seem like they act on it. It's all talk
