Like working with your friends. Learn a lot since you it's a hands on job. Company will challenge you and you will learn how much you can handle, which can be a very good thing. Lots of great benefits

Cons

Can be very stressful and not a lot of ability to move up in the company

I worked in the Salt Lake City store where the people were friendly, we had benefits and worked well together in a small business unit.

Cons

One old dog made all the money and would walk over anybody that wasn't taking care of him. Documents, policies and procedures needed improvement and attitudes needed to be adjusted. Upper management was in Colorado, so felt like we were the red-headed step-children.
