I'm very passionate about what I do for a living and it further adds to enjoying what I do because of the people I work with at SunSource. There is a huge focus on continuous improvements in all areas. Self development is greatly encouraged. Good reputation for carrying top products and services.

Cons

Allow new ideas, processes and improvements to play it's course before changing direction.

Very helpful from top to bottom. They genuinely want you to succeed. Decent pay, good benefits. Lots of learning opportunities. Excellent work/life balance. If you need time off, it's not a problem and everyone will step up to cover for you.

Cons

The company turns away too much business because of profit margin requirements, therefore creating its own competition. Could use more support staff and an increased focus on getting/keeping experienced people across the board; the increased productivity would far offset the cost of paying a few more dollars per hours.
