Managers try to give their direct reports what they need but with how the CEO runs the company you will not be happy there.

Working with some good people, the position offers a lot of flexibility, good internal resources if they stay on

Cons

Poor car mileage, HR in Addison pushes culture but teamwork and excitement are lacking at other branches. People stay in upper management roles for extended periods and initiatives stay the same and nothing changes. Also, they live and die by the book Good to Great have their flywheel, but doesn't really seem like they act on it. It's all talk
