      Competitive compensation. Amazing culture. Growing company with a ton of opportunity.

      Cons

      There is no real downside to working at Sunstate Equipment outside of the standard growing pains associated with rapid growth.

      Pros

      This company was built on a strong foundation of principles which are still in place today. Sunstate invests in and values their people first and foremost. That may sound like corporate jargon but its true and it's what makes Sunstate different than every one of their competitors. If you believe in honesty, hard work and love being part of a team then this is the place for you. If you demonstrate these attributes once on board it will be noticed and rewarded. This is a growing company with no shortage of opportunity.
