      Pros

      Relaxed environment, extended Friday lunch is no problem and the overall atmosphere is great. At least once a year a company paid team event (billiard turnament, kart racing, etc)

      Cons

      Don't expect to climb up the ladder. If you have extra ordinary ideas and/or solutions, don't expect a pad on the back, someone else will take the credit for it (and the bonus check). The more you learn and the more you do, outside your job description, the more you are respected, but you will not be compensated for it (better salary). If something goes wrong, they will find someone to blame it on. Never mind someone having your back. Promotions are not going to happen.
