      Pros

      Great Environment Family oriented Even though its a fairly big company you don't feel like a number, unlike other companies I have worked for. They truly care about their people and the communities they work in. I have personally seen first hand how employees and management will take time out of their family time to help others in need, whether it is yard work or helping people move.

      I honestly can't think go any.

      We are Family!! No matter how large we grow - our foundation will always be built on the belief that our people matter and come first. Taking care of our employees separates us from our competitors and we love hearing that our employees can see and feel this at work.

      Full benefits. Job security. Good people.

      Cons

      10 to 12 hour days. Open shops with coolers during 115 degree days. Always short handed. Corporate growing pains.
