      Technology is garage and adds to work load. Service, operations, and sales do not work well together. Conflicting priorities

      Pros

      Easy to get time off. Benefits (when they had them) Get to operate a lot of different types of equipment Get to drive all over the area (100 mile radius) Will get you the stuff to get the job done

      Cons

      Work atmosphere - can be hostile depending on where your based out of. Politics, race, religion etc. Arguments ensue. Loss of benefits that made them stand out from the crowd All about the bottom line Miscommunication Did not give raises to many this year because of Covid (although the company had enough to keep buying new equipment & trucks) Can't keep people employed
