Terrible company to work for

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

My coworkers were the only positive thing about this job

Cons

Everything, from lack of support from management, to the client not being held accountable for their distasteful behavior. Unprofessional management, very much a clique. Management doesn't value officers, or their outside family commitments. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE. They knowingly work officers past their hours that THE STATE ALLOWS, and will fire you if you leave. They use the "policies" when it suits them, or when they want to fire someone.

A Company that Cares

Pros

Professional and polished management team. Old school values and integrity coupled with modern and up to date processes and resources.

Cons

Minimal and manageable. No company is perfect, especially when growth is rapid.

Pros

The officers that you get to work with are really great people. Yea, that's it.

Cons

-Upper management does not care about the wellness of their team. Be ready to work 12-16 hour days with no compensation. -The companies appearance standards antiquated and from the 50's. No visible tattoos, no piercings. Their own handbook only allows a watch and a ring on each hand. Nothing else. They expect business professionals to be guards. -If you are in a position of leadership, be prepared to be the scapegoat when things go wrong. Sunstates loves to point the finger at one person instead of attempting to hold managers accountable to actually fix the problems.
