I don't believe there is any cons. Sunstates always excels id providing employees with great competitive benefits. If there is a con, Sunstate's will research to make a con to a pro.

Variable hours and inconsistent pay. Will lay workers off without informing them or string them along after being fired. Offered potential jobs to laid off employees without informing them that the jobs fell through. Will use loopholes to refuse employees, below supervisory level, benefits. Hired an unqualified supervisor who forced younger employees to do all online coursework for him and other employees. Lowered starting pay during pandemic. Refused health insurance to many people at our station during pandemic. Cut corners and charged for uniforms that were never given out to some employees or were given the wrong size with no replacements. Will also require you to come in for training or come in early but will not pay you if you didn’t work at the station for those training hours. Required workers to provide their own COVID PPE.
