I have been in the Security Business for 36 years starting my career as a security officer in the early 80's. Of my 36 yrs I have spent 32 of them with 1 company, it wasn't until I joined Sunstates a few years back that I truly learned to appreciate what the security industry has to offer its employees and clients. The Culture here at Sunstates is one that helps to ensure all Employees have an opportunity to accomplish many things. To name few: Work life Balance & Career Path forward. The company is constantly thinking of ways to ensure they position their employees to succeed in the industry and feel appreciated. This is a place where you can truly come to work each and everyday with a smile on your face if you choose to do so. I'm having a blast late in my career but WOW it was truly worth the wait.
