Pros

Learned a lot about security. Site supervisor Craig was a great boss. I got to see the managers a lot. they listened to the security officers.

Cons

I started on thrid shift which was tough but i was able to move to my favorite shift when that officer moved to anoither site. I had to move to Michigan.

Can be long days, may have to work weekends.

Pros

regular site visits from CEO and top mgt. (wow). treated with respect, made to feel like you are part of a family, christmas bonus (wow), they try to hire the best officers, great system for doing DAR and reports on Iphone. also, the Managers Dale and Mike are very easy to work with. If I was going to run a security company it would be like this one. 30 years in the field and this is by far the best I have ever worked for.

none that I can think of.
