Not a Pleasant Place to Work

Pros

The pay is decent in comparison to other security jobs. There's an ample amount of overtime.

Cons

There's no real job security to speak of. The health benefits are pretty much nonexistent. Officers and supervisors alike are treated like expendable assets. New Officers are not properly trained. The communication between management and staff members is poor at best. There's little to no incentive for good employees to stay.

Pros

Treated fair from the beginning. Supervisor and Operations Manager very respectful and willing to assist in any situation. From my experience I was informed in full detail about the things I needed to know about. The app they have is very good👍🏾💯 It informs you about your hours and pay prior to your pay day.

Cons

Pay could use a boost however it's good to be paid every week.
