Pros

We have a great team and the supervisors and managers seem to genuinely care. Some duties can be more difficult than others but they seem to find what is the best match for each of us. Everyone wants to make more money I'm sure but for what I know is out there I can say that we're paid well.

Cons

Competition can be hard for promotion.
