      Staff is very polite. There is plenty of over time. I have no issues

      Pros

      Management is good the most part. I get along with all my co-workers.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end for the roving position. Be ready to deal with extremes in weather and a lot of time on your feet, depending on location.

      Sunstates Security lives by, and commits to the core values of Honesty, Integrity, and Trust on a daily basis. It doesn’t matter if you work in the corporate office, or if you are a newly hired security officer, you will always be treated with the utmost respect by local management and upper management personnel. When you come to work for this company, it is not just a job. You have every tool at your disposal to grow professionally within this organization. If you put in a good day’s work, and follow the policies and procedures, your future is bright with Sunstates. The systems put in place are infallible if you follow them.
