Poor, mgmt connection. Feel intimidated where you cant reach out to mgmt even though you go thru chain of command

They health benefits are horrible you can only see a doctor four times out of a year. And when you have an issue and you try to talk about it they rather throw you under the bus instead of trying too help and getting a resolution. If your sick some Sunstates managers don't care if your dead or alive as long as they post is filled.
