Pros

Sunstates really understands what employees and clients want from an employer and business partner. The CEO and President can be regularly seen at client sites for wellness visits to ask security officers if they need anything from the company. Throughout the month, several client site inspections are done by management to ensure the officers are trained and have the tools to be successful. Inspections also offer clients an opportunity to identify recent success and opportunities for improvement in service. I have worked for companies in the past that promised inspections to prospects, but Sunstates actually walks-the-walk.

Cons

Management is very particular about how security officers should look and dress when on duty. If you are the kind of person that gets lazy when it comes to self-grooming (shaving) and doesn't really care how sharp your uniform looks, management will document this during their many inspections and will ask you to look for another job if your appearance does not improve.
