There is favor to special officers and don't think you will improve yourself to another position not going to happen unless the special people get there choice first. This company is very racial to people who dont look like them.

Pros

Managers make an effort to support and seem to really care about employees. Refreshing compared to other places I've worked where I wouldn't see managers for long periods of time

Cons

None that really stands out. I've found that if you do what you were trained to do you will generally have a good experience. I can see there are opportunities for advancement, though competition is high.
