The honor and integrity of our executive and corporate teams is evident everyday. The care and concern for operations and corporate staff is shown in small ways and acknowledgements in accomplishments. Having worked in several security environments Sunstates is where I choose to be.

Pros

Sunstates is a great company to work for. They truly operate by the values listed in the mission statement-honesty, integrity, and trust. The corporate staff, executive team, and managers in the field genuinely care about their employees and clients. Officers are provided with the tools, resources, and support necessary to get the job done right. As Sunstates continues to grow it is allowing more opportunity for employees to progress and advance within the company.

Cons

None. Of course no company is perfect, but I haven't experienced a con of working for Sunstates yet.

This has been a great experience so far. The management has been responsive at all levels, they visit the site almost everyday to check on us and make we are ok. They make sure our training is going ok also. Don't believe I've seen that before anywhere. I am treated with respect and kindness. If there is an opening you better jump on it.

I have found no negative issues as of yet
