A growing Security company that offers great management support. I have been a Site Manager at 2 locations (in North Carolina & Florida) and the support from the Operations Managers, Branch Managers, VP and all the way up to President Glenn Burrell has been a tremendous asset to my career. I look forward to a great future with Sunstates Security.

They are true to their values of Honesty, Integrity, Trust They really care about all employees. They hold all officers to the standards and policies The training program continues to expand The company growth has been outstanding allowing opportunities for those wishing to grow

Cons

Hopefully a match to the 401K will come soon There is really none I can think of

Pros

Get paid on pay day's, usually without mistakes and if a mistake it will get fixed eventually. Benefits don't start until 180 days after starting and if you don't track it, to bad for you!

Cons

Never receive uniform allotment unless you keep asking, then you'll get dumped on a different scheduled than you were first on.
