Pay is horrible 9.50 hr. since starting in 2010 and that's part time.Most of the other guards I work with have second jobs.Management doesn't want you working 40 hr. most guys I work with are part time and that's by design from management. I'm fortunate because I'm a retired cop.You can't get uniforms from this sorry company and yet if management catches you out of uniform they will write you up. It wouldn't surprise me if in the future this company gets brought out by a bigger security company Sunstates Security is very small compared to other companies.they only have 800 employees
