Pros

Management is always in touch, and constantly checking in to make sure we have what we need. They're proactive when it comes to finding and growing talent. The pay is very good, as are the clients. It's easy to get along with people here, to the point where some members feel more like family than just coworkers

Cons

Where im currently stationed is a bit boring and repetitive. I'm somewhat tired of seeing the same names and faces every day, but that's part of the job. The only other thing I don't like is that the job is located in the city. City traffic is awful
