      • Flexible scheduling – especially as a Flex Officer you can pick up different shifts and sites. • Variety of work sites – you get experience at different locations and types of security work. • Good entry-level security experience – helps build experience if you’re new to the field. • Opportunity for overtime – extra shifts are often available. • Team environment – you work with different officers and supervisors which helps build networking in security.

      Cons

      • Different site expectations – every location has different rules which can take time to adjust to.

      I have been working only a short time for Sunstate Security; I am very happy with the company. Chandra is very responsive; she visits this account regularly and always has time for any questions we may have.
