The job site is great the people are cool and management is great they work they butts off and work with you

Cons

Sunstates we need better benefits I want to get it but from what i hear from current employees and old ones is no real coverage

The company overall is great. I prefer the management out of state then those in the state.

Cons

Just because someone has military experience or a background in security does not make them management material. One's personality and integrity should play a part as well. Management in the Kansas City region needs to be reevaluated. From the District Managers and right on down to the Operational Managers.
