Pros

Diverse and dynamic student body. The mix of rural/small town students with students from Albany and NYC makes for a palpable energy. Students are challenged not only to learn, but also to learn about each other. Administration is supportive and gives you great freedom in designing your courses.

Cons

Low pay and no security from semester to semester, as with any adjunct position. Pay on the lower side of industry standards.
