      Pros

      I am able to become a permanent employee because I possess the necessary skill and pass thew skill exam. Anyone can become a permanent employee if you work hard and skillful at the job.

      It takes a long time to become a permanent employee.

      Pros

      Supermicro pays more than expectation. Although I am currently a temporary employee under agency, there are opportunities to become a permanent employee.

      Cons

      Parking slots are limited, need to arrive early to secure a slot.

      Cons

      Department leader will make hourly employees work long hours, weekends, holidays. Basically you won’t have personal time, you will need to work 2-3 weeks straight before you can get a Saturday or Sunday off. If you refuse work extra hours on Saturday and Sunday, you are on the black list, you will not get a good review and you will pass for any promotion. This Company has broken so many labor law, employees work 10 hours or more a day, they won’t provide a 3rd break. No work life balance, Company goal is making money, they don’t care about employee’s health, they will work you to death.
