Pros

The company is quite flexible and flat. You get to engage variety of individuals without too much care to their titles. Key decisions always go back to the CEO and senior executives, which means you have the opportunity to meet with him often. Just make sure you have the right ideas.

Cons

Still got some traditional Asian culture here. Time management will depend on the teams. A lot of the SOPs are still very manual in nature.

I recommend this work place for anyone that is fresh out of college new grad. You do get good experience and the opportunity you needed. There comes great reward for talented and self motivated young folk. You will good salary raise and good title change/ promotion if you give all you have. The experience you get in here will set yourself to a better work place for tomorrow.

Cons

There is a strong Chinese culture in this company. It took time to get adjusted to the culture, you may not find everything that makes sense. But overall the Pros still bigger than the Cons in my opinion. So try to adapt and try understand the culture will be my advice.
