      Pros

      stable salary, yearly bonuses, free breakfast and dinner, free lunch on saturdays. a lot of OT if you like more money, easy work if you can handle the stress everyday

      Cons

      99% where vietnamese and chinese workers if your not one of them you got treated like garbage you have to adjust 100% not them if they cannot speak english. verbal bullying of some managers NO LIFE (you ask to stay very late and work both weekends too) unfair treatment for people who work there for long time BIAS only one sided on arguments

      Pros

      If you want to work for a company that is always the first to market, then Supermicro is your company. They have products that are on par or better than their competitors along with usually being less than the competition's.

      Cons

      Utterly amazing how much "paperwork" it takes to do anything. And they keep adding additional steps to what should be simple processes just because they don't trust their employees or mid-management. Everything needs to have the CEO's approval to move forward. And so employees are conditioned to not help make their company better because of countless public ridicule sessions.

      Pros

      Very good pay and good benefits for employee. Educational meetings. CEO willing to share vision and motivate employees.

      Cons

      Most of employees are nice and easy going, but some supervisors are using verbal abuse & emotional to manipulate workers. They are not willing to couch junior because they want to insure their job in the company.
