      In Taiwan side, you can go home early and the business is not busy. Depend the department. The USA side is different situation.

      The salary is very low and Company doesn't have any training for you skills and work life such as management.

      They give you h1b, and breakfast

      Cons

      work hard but not work smart. long hours to cover management incompetency. Managers are weak to speak up and take responsibility. So they just follow others and push whatever to their engineers without understanding what they are delegating. No 401k match. Cheap on everything.... Bad work environment. Cost down to everything. Language barrier.
