      Pros

      It’s hard work, but rewarding. You learn so much if you are willing to put in the effort. There are lunch and learns, employee events (Cubs game, lunches, etc.). Everyone is very nice and approachable.

      Cons

      They are constantly growing so there is a lot going on and sometimes it’s hard to find time with management.

      -Good company culture overall -Team building events -Benefits (3 weeks vacation, 401k match, health insurance)

      Cons

      -Accounting department is toxic -No support/training from manager & controller -Unreasonable workload creates stress and burnout for department -High turnover b/c of unreasonable workload
