Overtime was good, lunch for employees couple of time a month, snacks

Cons

The point system, females have upper hand with making false statements, HR goes with with women say of course, even with no proof they will let you go for something so childish. They pay you a lump sum after they fire you so keep you hush

I wouldn't say it's a con but depends on your ability to deal with pressure. If you are not pressured by constant changes due to company growth/innovation then you will be fine.
