      Good for new grad, bad for career growth

      Pros

      enjoyed first 1-2 years there, made good friends and enjoyed company activities. team were chill and HR team put a lot of thoughts to make people feel comfortable at work

      Cons

      Low pay. Fire people for no reason, a few close coworkers were fired even though they had decent work performance. Management is a mess and sometimes unfair.
