Support, culture, teamwork, fair compensation, thorough interview process that leads to an extremely talented team

Cons

The only real downside to me is though remote work is amazing, I wish we had a bit more time in-person together outside of the 3-4 meetings per year. I do also wish the 401k match was a bit better, but it's not bad either.

Great training program, fantastic people, Really competent and inspiring management. Extremely understanding of anything at all. Most people are extremely helpful.

Cons

None! It was a fantastic time, and if a different offer didn't come up I would still be there.
