Work/Life Balance, great pay relative to the rest of the field, excellent benefits, great philosophy as a company that treats both employees and customers with the utmost respect, allows creative freedom to engage in work as wanted, quarterly reviews and raises, great leadership. It's truly the best company ever.

Cons

It felt like our benefits were being reduced each year (likely due to overall market costs), burnout is unavoidable in a customer service role, not many opportunities for advancement. Overall, nothing glaring.
