Pros

This might sound like a con but they could use a lot of help. So if you have good fresh ideas then perhaps you could really effect some change and carve out a valuable position there.

Cons

The company is small but in some of its policies it's trying to behave like a company that's further along. It's a small ecommerce business. It isn't Google, or Facebook, or Zappos. For myself and most everyone I knew well at the company, it was viewed as a job, not a career.

There are no pros at all

Things have changed so much the high turnover is crazy. You never know who your manger is because people get fired so much for anything. HR is also a joke when making complaints regarding harassment nothing is done at all. The women packs feel uncomfortable and management does nothing to address the problem

The worst management I have ever had to work under. It is like high school. They will get rid of you if they don't like you and they will come up with any reason. HR is horrible too. All of management act like children it is really stressful working with them. They will glare at you and make you uncomfortable if they don't like you. If you stop and talk to coworkers for two minutes they get on you about "lost time" even though they can stand around and do absolutely nothing. It is the most pathetic warehouse and work environment I have ever seen. Just don't work here.
