Free food snacks, nice people, good benefits. It's a good job to get back on your feet.

Cons

Heavy lifting even though they say 50lbs(boxes weigh over 80. Very fast paced. Will walk 10 miles easy picking a day. Coworkers use sick time when they see the day is busy. People only think of themselves and don't offer help. "Leads" don't help unless you approach them with concern. The more departments you learn you'll still make the same amount as a new hire.

They are very family oriented.

Cons

The people in leadership have favorites that they dont require as much work out of their favorite as they do with the people whom work very hard every day. They make it so easy to point out. They make it hard for people stay longer than 6 months
