The leadership team has a clear vision of the company. The company is doing good in enterprise software and industry leading hardware. Good benefits, med\dental\visioin, ltd, annual bonus and 401k. good working environment, you can get the latest tech toys for development.

Cons

Some internal processes/systems are not the best but they are being worked on so i am confident this will improve and they are very open to hear my suggestions.

If you are in sales then the only pro is if you are looking for short term employment.

Cons

The company has no real sales strategy except for hiring salespeople then pressuring them to a point where they quit are they are fired. Salespeople do well to stay with this company for 1.5 to 2 years.
