Worked for less than 6 months as a Mgr. for the Nashville office. Corporate HR is a joke. They have no formal training in Human Resources, and I have to wonder about the education they received. Management is a joke and doesn't know how to support employees at all. One particular Recruiter in Nashville is the most hateful, spiteful, mean spirited, liar I've ever worked with. If she doesn't like an answer she receives from her manager, then she is a like a 5 year old who doesn't get her cookie and runs to her Daddy to try to get her way. Don't expect to be treated professionally at all. And their pay range is a joke and very insulting!
