They treat their workers like crap. Even though you get PTO you'll probably never be able to use it. I racked up 19 hrs that I couldn't use because there was never a time I worked less than 40 hrs until I quit and a couple of weeks after I started. Your PTO can get mysteriously thrown away or lost because it can only be submitted by paper. Meaning the system online will just deny you every time you try and use your PTO for the days you request off. They'll check and say something like, you worked that day. You'll probably have to say, “Yes, because I never received an approval on my PTO.” When you get into a higher-up position they'll treat you like crap that HM position is also the title “Fall Guy.” Meaning anyone who gets that position will get chewed out anytime anything goes wrong in that house more than likely in an unethical manner. They act as if 12.50 is a big enough raise for what we have to put up with. You'll put up with the following: Hitting, spitting, being cursed out, etc... You can't do anything about it, they won't do anything about it.

Office is poorly ran, noone in there knows how to answer a question about anything. They don't train well but sure can threaten you with a write up knowing they won't take the time to show you how something is suppose to be done. They won't help in the homes, an they are always taking off if you really need something
