      Good Company - Management needs help

      Pros

      Great people and environment. The IT work is great and you really see your work in action, unlike some of the larger corporations where your work is lost in the mix.

      Cons

      Management has no direction. Management should never opt to take the shortcut, but the right path that leads to the right solution
