      Pros

      It was a good place to work back in the day, but recent layoffs and private equity investment have hurt on many fronts.

      Cons

      A Private Equity (PE) company has recently staked their claim in Surescripts. The typical PE model is to cut costs and flip their stake in a couple of years. Not exactly a fun environment. Additionally, the benefits are mundane, their is a lack of trust among employees, and an inability to grow the company in a meaningful way.
