Assaultive verbal abuse and overwhelming job expectations were the NORM from my boss....... VERY poor communication, partly because The Boss did not speak English fluently..... Inconsistent and conflicting directives were also the NORM........ Have you ever been PUT DOWN by any boss for three and a half hours without a pause for "feedback?" I have........ Thanks a LOT, Sutter, for your "JUST CULTURE!" I enlisted the assistance of Human Resources and they did not intervene in my behalf.

Bad upper management. No communication. Patient first is only a phase. Careless workers and supervisor. Allow co-worker to bully each other. Promote ass-kissing attitude especially to the management. No respect to the physician or workers.
