Executive leadership is very strong. Extremely lucky to have Bill Canady as a follow up to Art. Two excellent leaders in a row! Strong focus on our future is appreciated.

Cons

Weak middle management. Middle management is inexperienced and focused on maintaining strong egos. Too much focus on painting a good picture when solving problems would be better. Do not seem well prepared for computer attacks.

A paycheck. Days off. Lunch breaks. Vacation. Retirement if you can make it that long. Some co workers getting another job.

Cons

Not being charged with a class a violent felony. Sitting throw another meeting there are many having to hear about safety a 100 times a day. Bad tooling programming old machines that are not maintained no training.

Best company I've ever worked for, everyone I've met is friendly, as much overtime as you want, great pay, company treats its employees well, free coffee, soda fruit , and bagels in all break rooms

Cons

I personally hate the uniforms
