Excellent Brand In the field of instrumentations.

Cons

1. Pathetic work culture, 2. Micro-management at its peak, 3. Sales people are not allowed to do sales. 4. Penalty is imposed on all employees for not achieving unrealistic targets and it includes to all sales associate except COO. 5. All powers given to only one man (COO). Even CMD turns blind eye. 6. Zero professionalism. 7. If you have the "TALENT" and you feel that you have the "leadership quality" then you need to smother those attributes, bury their bodies in your backyard and then catch a train to work here.

Company used scenario based interview questions. Semi Accurate description of present situation Management wanted new ideas and agreed to support the implementation of those plans.

Cons

Bait and switch. The accuracy in problem description was less than honest. When new strategies were supplied, the senior management was completely unsupportive and critical of the same ideas they liked in the interview process.
