      There are no pros, the supervision is the worst, they hire people who clearly is only there for themselves. Once again i wouldnt recommend

      There is no room to progress..its like they wanna keep the rich rich and the poor poor. They say one thing and will do another. They pretend to be a company about the people until u get in the door, then youll be running to get back out... the only good reviews from people on here are those people who work in the office, or the ones who make a living being grown tattle tells.. the pay is little and now the benefits even suck. Its stressful and your a nameless faceless employee.. i use to love coming to work and now its completely different.. everybody quit ,people got tired of getting the run around with these unreachable promotions.. soon ill be out the door also, this place has totally went downhill.. also the title says it all if your not of white decent you might not even wanna give this place a thought.. unless you want white management and supervisors recommending you get 2nd jobs cause there not promoting you

      Pros

      Good company, solid quality of products, large company with small company feel, ability to learn new things in role.

      Cons

      senior / executive leadership could be more open minded to the next generation (feedback, creativity, diverse thinking, work/life balance needed to keep talented people around)
