      Stable privately owned company with strong core values. Opportunities exist for progression and career development. Clean , safe facility with a commitment to continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Well established "silo" mentality. Blame culture is rife across middle-management along with an obsessional commitment to producing "green" metrics.
