      No longer Fred Lennon's Swagelok!!!

      Pros

      Shop Floor Associates and Supervision good to work with, clean enviroment

      Cons

      Old guard forced out, TDP/CDP program has ruined the company by forcing out seasoned employees to be replaced by these kids who have no clue how to work with people.. "Respect for the individual" no longer applies. Inflection point management means tag someone to fire. "No layoff policy" is complete and utter falsehood. Upper management allowing for people to be set up for failure so they can fire. Middle management all think they are next VP.Make themselves look good by saying"look who I fired". Place has seriously become a joke and do not deserve the Top 100 places to work. Associates actually laugh at this now! HR totaly useless.

      Pros

      As a sales engineer, you'll be given a chance to be autonomous. So you can manage your own time and still stay on track of your duties the way you want it to be. Company is indeed the best brand out on the market.

      Cons

      Company is going on a management reconstruction that makes it hard to identify what roles do you really have to perform. And since its the best brand, it's a little bit challenging to sell for its high price among the competitors.

      Pros

      Great pay if you are willing to work hard. Otherwise, do not expect to slack and have anyone look the other way. They are tough cookies and expect their people to give 100%

      Cons

      None really that I can think of....I wish the offices were a little more modernized with top notch technology, but it wasn't terrible. Just not top notch.
